Pathways to Self

Weekly IFS Consultation Group for Therapists + Practitioners

Do you want to deepen your IFS practice and support your clients more effectively?

Join an intimate circle of therapists and practitioners dedicated to deepening their knowledge and application of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy model.

Are you a therapist looking to sharpen your IFS skills?

IFS is an enriching and transformative framework for healing, but implementing the model seamlessly and as Self-led as possible can be challenging and at times overwhelming.

You may be encountering challenging cases, such as complex trauma, or perhaps you just want to enhance your confidence and effectiveness as an IFS practitioner. Having a guide and a community of like-minded practitioners to consult with can make all the difference.

Pathways to Self offers an opportunity to connect with fellow IFS practitioners, receive direct consultation and guidance on your cases, and work with your own parts. Whether you're new to IFS or a seasoned practitioner, this group will provide you with the resources, guidance, and support to take your IFS practice to the next level.

What You’ll Get:

  1. Expert-Led Consultation: Engage in weekly group consultations led by experienced IFS practitioner and therapist of 15+ years John Clarke, LPCC. Work through complex cases, develop new ways to increase your Self-energy, and work with your own parts.

  2. Community Support: Join a community of therapists and practitioners who understand the challenges and rewards of practicing IFS with your clients and in your own life. Share insights, experiences, and gain mutual support.

  3. Real-World Application: Walk away with actionable strategies you can implement immediately in your practice to better support your clients. Improve your technique in various areas of IFS, including: how to help clients develop Self-energy, unblending, unburdening, and advanced topics including direct access and working with Spirit Guides and Unattached Burdens.

Who This is For:

  1. Practitioners who are familiar with or already practicing IFS and want to deepen their practice.

  2. Trauma therapists seeking consultation on difficult cases such as complex trauma and PTSD.

  3. Heart-led professionals looking to connect with a like-minded group of healers and apply a psychospiritual model.
